Education Sector – 3-Phase Campus Surveillance (70 Cameras)

Phase 1 done: 10 cameras (6 VIGI + 4 Hikvision) integrated into Dahua NVR via ONVIF. Phase 2 (active): replacing 32 degraded CCTVs. Phase 3: full migration of all 70 to VIGI ecosystem.

★ Client gained centralized, cross-brand camera management using budget-friendly VIGI hardware with no loss in quality.

Industrial – Enterprise Wi-Fi Migration (38 APs, Cisco to Omada SDN)

Replacing 38 Cisco APs with Omada under centralized SDN management. Includes Omada switch proposal and P2P wireless bridge to a secondary building.

Stratagem Asia – CI/CD Automated Deployment

Set up GitLab Runner with CI/CD pipeline for automated deployments on every push. Maintain backend server and infrastructure.

★ Eliminated manual deployments; production updates are now fully automated and error-free.
